Any items bought from our website may be returned (with the exception of earrings and hosiery) for a full refund or exchange within one month of purchase.
We will process your return as soon as we receive the unwanted items and have checked that they are in their original condition and still have the labels attached.
Your refund will be processed within 3 days of us receiving the items.
You will need to pay the postage to return your item to us, enclosing one of the receipts, and send it to:

If the item is faulty or incorrect we will refund your postage.

If you would like to exchange your unwanted items for something else, please make a note of this on the returns form. We may need to contact you to discuss your return so please also write down your phone number or email address for us. (We would only use your phone number to discuss your return).

For items bought from our store we are happy to refund unsuitable items in original condition within 14 days of purchase by the original payment method or provide a gift voucher or exchange within one month of purchase. This does not effect your statutory rights.
