Can I have my Caramel Clothes delivered to my work place?
Yes, that's no problem. Just let us know the delivery address at the checkout.
I want my clothes quickly; I can't wait 4 to 5 days!
We can get them to you in 1 to 2 days by using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will cost £6.99.
This will require you to be at home when the delivery is made.
Unfortunately timings cannot be guaranteed in certain areas. These include - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands & Islands.
Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Can I have free postage on my order?
We would like to offer free postage and we will offer it as part of a promotion from time-to-time. We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the price of the clothes going up, which wouldn't be popular either). The old cliché that 'the customer pays in the end' is true in this case I'm afraid.
