When you buy something from caramelclothing.co.uk you will not be able to see it, touch it, feel it or try it. So of course you will be able to return any items (with the exception of earrings and hosiery) for a full refund or exchange.

As we change our stock regularly and generally sell things that make up an outfit with other items, we would like to have any returns back within a month so that we can sell them to someone else.

We will process your return as soon as we receive the unwanted items and have checked that they are in their original condition and still have the labels attached.

Your refund will be processed within 3 days of us receiving the items.

You will need to pay the postage to return your item to us, enclosing one of the receipts, and send it to:

If you would like to exchange your unwanted items for something else, please make a note of this on the returns form. We may need to contact you to discuss your return so please also write down your phone number or email address for us.
