Standard UK delivery is Free. This service will take 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) from time of dispatch and will sometimes require a signature upon delivery. *DURING THE CURRENT PANDEMIC ROYAL MAIL WILL NOT REQUIRE A SIGNITURE AND WILL MAKE CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES.
Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it on our next working day. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Our Standard delivery covers UK addresses and items will be sent via Royal Mail.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer than the times quoted above.
Our Express Delivery charge for UK customers is £6.99 and will take 1 working day from time of dispatch via APC Next Day. Please order before 1pm for next day delivery. Excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Please select the additional delivery option at checkout and the additional fee will be added to your bill.
Delivery to Europe will be by Royal Mail and costs £9.99. Some Tariffs could be payable in some countries which we are not liable for.
Delivery Worldwide will be by Royal Mail and costs £14.99.
If you order after 1pm on a Friday before a bank holiday your purchase will be posted on the following Tuesday.
Can I have my Caramel Clothes delivered to my work place?
Yes, that's no problem. Just let us know the delivery address at the checkout.
We offer a Free Click & Collect service from our store in Exmouth, Devon.
Any items bought from our website may be returned (with the exception of earrings and hosiery) for a full refund or exchange within one month of purchase.
We will process your return as soon as we receive the unwanted items and have checked that they are in their original condition and still have the labels attached.
Your refund will be processed within 3 days of us receiving the items.
You will need to pay the postage to return your item to us, enclosing the returns form and send it to:
