Standard delivery is Free and takes 3-5 days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday at 1pm. Excluding bank holidays.
If you need your order in a hurry please select Express delivery. Ths will cost £3.99 ans takes 1-2 days from dispatch.
It depends on the size of your parcel. Most parcels are sent using Evri. This is a tracked service and you will recive a tracking number when we dispatch. Heavier parcels are sent via DPD again this is tracked. Joma Jewllery is sent via Royal Mail Large Letter untracked.
Yes. Please return within 30 days with tags attached. There will be a returns form in your parcel. You will need to pay to return your parcel. We offer free delivery as standard but are unable to also offer free returns.
