How to submit a return
Submit a return request by clicking the profile icon in the store's menu, or on this link
Log in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store. If you would like an exchange please add this request to the note.
Click "Request return".
We will then send a return label to print and QR Code for printing at your local Evri Parcel Shop. Please note that we process return requests during our business hours of 9:30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Return postage is charged at £2.99 per parcel and is deducted from your refund.
After the product is returned, you will receive a refund. Refunds are processed within 2-3 days of receipt and may take up to 5 days to reach your acoount.
Northern Ireland
Northern Ireland based customers should have a return form enclosed in the parcel. Please complete the form, attach the address label to the parcel and send via Royal Mail. You will need to pay for the return postage. We will not deduct any return fees from your order.
