Christmas Delivery

Order by 1pm Wednesday 17th December for Standard UK delivery. Select Express 24 delivery until 1pm  Friday 19th December. Aftrer 1pm Friday 19th December until 1pm Monday 22nd please select Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day. Orders received after 1pm Monday 22nd will not arrive by Christmas.

Standard UK Delivery is free on orders over £50 and will take 2- 3 working days from time of dispatch.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard.

Orders under £50 will be charged £2.99

Express delivery is available at a cost of £3.99. Please select Express Delivery at the checkout, this will take 1-2 days.

Orders are processed within 2 hours of receipt and dispatched at 1pm. Orders made after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Free Collection is available from our Exmouth store between 9:30am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.

If you don't love what you buy, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

A Royal Mail return label is included in your parcel. Attach the label to your parcel and obtain proof of posting.

Return postage will be charged at £2.99 and deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 days of receipt.
