Shipping policy

Standard UK delivery is Free on orders over £50.  This service will take 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday) from time of dispatch. Order before 1pm for same day dispatch. 

Orders under £50 will be charged £2.99.

Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it on our next working day.  We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Our Standard delivery covers UK addresses.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer than the times quoted above.

Our Express Delivery charge for UK customers is £3.99 and will take 1-2 working days from time of dispatch.  Please order before 1pm for express delivery. Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.   We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.  Please select the additional delivery option at checkout and the additional fee will be added to your bill.

For Guaranteed Next Day Delivery order before 1pm and select this option at the checkout. Your order will be delivered before 1pm the next day. (excluding weekends and bank holidays) This service costs £9.99

Bank Holidays

If you order after 1pm on a day before a bank holiday your purchase will be posted on the following working day.

Can I have my Caramel Clothes delivered to my work place?

Yes, that's no problem. Just let us know the delivery address at the checkout.
